Solution:

Raspberry is good and Atomic PI is better. Atomic PI website mentioned that this product is all about Price and Performance which is true because of its features. Other then Raspberry is quit inexpensive and have 4k resolution which work on dual PC at a time. BUT if I focus on given scenario I go with Atomic PI the reason is I need to calculate accurate results and keep the calculation fast for this Atomic PI is better and build on (Intel Atom x5-Z8350), with 2M cache. Finally Atomic PI have (TTL serial debug) which helps me in debugging process.

#CONS
    Expensive
    No 4K Resolution at 60Hz
    Not supported dual monitoring.
